Designing the mobile app, responsive web strategy, and perfecting user flows for an early early-stage startup specializing in mobile software for personal trainers & fitness enterprise organizations.
The Challenge
I came in as a UX designer to support Flento in their end-to-end product design of a responsive mobile-first scheduling platform for fitness professionals that filled in the gap that other solutions in the market did not provide.
Our goal was to create a platform that would empower fitness professionals to deliver awesome value to their clients, manage their progress, manage payments, scale their revenue, get new clients, and open new revenue channels.
User Research
Starting off with an in-depth user research and interview process, I worked with the rest of the UX team to gather insights on the problem space, and narrow down our design goals for the end product.
We uncovered some specific needs for our target audience through this research. It was clear that fitness professionals wanted a solution for their admin needs that was scalable, easy to use, and allowed them to complete their tasks quickly.

Utilizing the insights obtained during the research phase, I crafted a user persona to guide our design objectives and user journey development.
Responsive Web Design
The landing page and responsive web site needed to compete with a lot of other fitness platforms in order to gain a user base quickly.
In order to create a competitive solution, I spearheaded the development of a robust SEO strategy and conducted comprehensive market research, seamlessly integrating user insights into the design of the landing page and responsive website.
